Monthly Let's Play Update - April 2026

We’re back with another monthly update and some fantastic news! We are finally back to releasing videos on YouTube! While the situation with YouTube hasn’t fully resolved in a way I would like, it is moving in a positive direction.

From now on, the plan is

  • Continue recording at a slowed pace (up to ~20 videos per month instead of the previous ~40+ per month)
  • As 1-week video batches get done, continue releasing them as Early Access via torrent on Patreon
  • As larger batches of videos get done (e.g. major plot beats are reached), release them publicly on YouTube

The goal is to maintain a healthier pace for myself so I have time to work on things other than video creation.

Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward

  • YouTube has received episodes 236 - 251 and will receive episodes 252 - 256 before the end of April.
  • Patreon has received up to episode 308.
  • Patch 3.0 is complete as-of episode 287 and this is all coming to YouTube. It should be fully available on YouTube by May 31st.
  • Patch 3.1 has been fully recorded as-of episode 315. Patreon will get the last bit of patch 3.1 on May 3rd. YouTube will begin getting patch 3.1 on June 8th.

Chained Echoes

  • YouTube has received episodes 64 - 69 and will receive episodes 70 - 71 before the end of April.
  • Patreon has received up to episode 96.
  • The main story is complete as-of episode 87 and this is currently releasing on YouTube. It should be fully available on YouTube by June 5th.
  • Ashes of Elrant is in-progress. Patreon will continue to receive regular releases for Ashes of Elrant, while the release date for YouTube is currently unknown. I am hoping that Ashes of Elrant goes quickly enough that I can begin releasing videos shortly after the main story is fully released on YouTube.
